Ryan and his raceteam, Triology, will be competing in the Ford Ironman Arizona next Sunday (November 21st). The Ironman consists of 2.4 mile of swimming, followed by 112 miles of the bike, and finishing with a marathon (26.2 miles) with a cutoff of 17 hours. Whew... I'm exhausted just typing all of those numbers. Team Triology was created with one goal in mind. To raise awareness of Spinal Muscular Atrohpy (SMA).
