Scarlett- I love polka-dots! Love them so much that was the theme for Claras first birthday last summer. :) Your mommy takes such wonderful pictures of you. I am so thankful she takes the time to share them with all of us. Sending my love, bunches of hugs and the sweetest of kisses.
