Blowing Bubbles

Scarlett had a lot to say during our walk this morning. She's not actually able to say words but she makes all kinds of sounds. I can tell when she's really excited because her eye brows raise and lower and her eyes get really big. She also smiles and giggles when something is funny. Today she did something new. She started blowing bubbles! I don't think I could do that if I tried.
