A Day Full of FUN

We recently got the coolest care package in the mail. Another blogger that I've never met read about Scarlett and sent me an email asking for our address. I have to admit that I love getting surprises in the mail. The box was full of all kinds of fun stuff. Play dough, DVDs, glow sticks, wands, little figurines that easily fit in her tiny hands, books, stickers and textured balls. The box of goodies was not only fun for Scarlett but it was fun for me. Playing with Scarlett and making her smile makes me feel like a mom and not a nurse. Finding balance isn't always easy when so much of her day consists of medical stuff.
