Fanning Herself

We found a new toy for Scarlett.  A fan.  I recently bought a new switch for Scarlett. She can activate the switch with her foot, pointer finger and thumb. Today we hooked up the switch to a pretty purple fan.  We then suspended her leg from an activity arch with a sling.  She was able to turn the switch on and off with her foot.  She played with the fan for about five hours.  She was having a blast.  We held all kinds of things in front of the fan like a pinwheel, ribbons, bubbles and feathers.  She made everything move by turning the fan on and off.

This is how we set up the fan.  We wanted her to be able to see the fan.

We taped the switch to a board so that she could easily activate it.
Look at her foot move.  She is really kicking!  Go Scarlett Go!
This is her leg in a sling.  It's amazing what she can do when she doesn't have to fight gravity!

Checking out her new purple fan.
Look at her face!  Ha!  She is making the fan blow air on her.  She has this "whoa" look on her face. When I took this pictures she was making the sound, "ahhhahhaaa." I couldn't help but laugh.  She has the cutest little personality.

She just realized that the fan is making her hair move.

You are so creative with her! How do you keep coming up with new ways to delight Scarlett?
