What a perfect idea for a theme!! Scarlett is sooo beautiful. I wish I knew her & mostly I've always wished I could kiss her sweet little cheeks. What an angel! So happy to be able to see her 4th bday party!! PS that's the coolest cake I've ever seen! Nicki
