Trach
On Tuesday, we decided to trach Scarlett. The actual surgery took place on Thursday. We had been contemplating traching Scarlett for years. It is such a difficult decision but we are happy that we decided to move forward with it. We feel it will enhance her quality of life. She will now be able to see everything around her without a mask.

She's even more beautiful than I thought. It's nice to see her pretty face without the mask. I'm sure she's loving being able to breath better, as well. She looks great. Glad things are going well. :)
