Sleepy

Scarlett hasn't been feeling well all week. She has had a low grade fever, body aches and upset tummy. She has also been taking naps during the day which she has never done. She usually sleeps about seven hours a night and that's it! She is like her mommy and doesn't sleep well. Today, she fell asleep before I could put her on the ventilator . I normally would put her on it immediately if she had fallen asleep but today I decided to wait a minute. She looked so peaceful. I've forgotten how beautiful a baby looks while they are sleeping. I'm so used to looking at a mask on her tiny face. The ventilator is a good thing because it helps her rest and breathe better. It's just not the prettiest thing. I snapped a couple of pictures and then put her on the ventilator. She slept for about an hour. It was a good nap to help her get through the day.

We have an appointment with the Pediatrician tomorrow afternoon. I hope that Scarlett starts to act like herself again. I know she will... I just hope it's soon. I have a lot of fun activities coming up.
