Doing A Little Better

Scarlett seems to be doing better today. She isn't crying as much and is enjoying her movies again. When Scarlett isn't feeling well, I tend to spoil her in an attempt to distract her from the pain. Today it totally worked. She was happy and still is! I'm keeping my fingers crossed that she continues to improve.

Watching two movies. I downloaded some new cartoon episodes of Little Einsteins, Mickey Mouse, Dora and Pokoya on iTunes. She watched them on her iPad.



I also surprised her with a new doll. Her name is Paige. Isn't she cute? Scarlett loves her. They are already good friends. Scarlett likes to play with her hair.






Bailey was jealous and wanted to join the party. Bailey loves to be petted by Scarlett. He rubs his head into her hand so she is able to really feel his fur and soft purr. What a sweet kitty.






Scarlett also showed me a new trick today. She's able to move her favorite purple p toy from the corner of her mouth to the center of her mouth. Placement of the p toy is key. If I rest it close to her top lip, she is able to move her lips just enough to make the p toy drop to the middle. She successfully did this three times for me. She made me so proud today!
